Reinita Delgado-Arnold

Reinita has taught a variety of dancing styles in venues across Vermont.  She has offered classes at the Trapp Family Lodge, Bolton Valley Resort, and Smugglers’ Notch Resort; workshops at Middlebury College and Peoples Academy High School (Morrisville, VT); and lessons at the Essex Learning Center, the Stowe Gym, and the Stowe Recreation Center.

Having a strong background in fitness education, one of Reinita’s mottos is “dance your way to a healthier heart!”  After working as a fitness instructor at Johnson State College for 7 years, she has continued to bring her love for dance fitness to others by offering classes across the state for children and teens.  In addition to teaching at numerous elementary, middle, and high schools, she has taught youth ballroom, Latin, and hip-hop classes at the River Arts in Morrisville and the Lamoille Valley Fit and Healthy Council.  She has also offered classes for senior citizens at the Morrisville Senior Center.

Reinita has been trained by world renowned instructors including Bobby Davies of NY, Jeff Allen of Rhode Island, and has received training in international Latin/standard by Mira Cherkevova of Bulgaria and Bradley Adcock of Scotland.  She has competed at the Montreal Dancesport and the Manhattan Amateur Classic in New York City, where she and her former dance partner, her brother Keith Delgado, placed first in their division. She and her partners also dance at various benefits and exhibitions, including the Camp Ta Kum Ta Partner Dance Showcase, the TOPPS conferences, the Boyden Farm’s Bridal Show, and the Morrisville 4th of July parade.

In addition to choreographing for plays and musicals, including "Annie Get Your Gun" and "Guys and Dolls" for the Hyde park Opera House, and teaching ballroom for the Wolcott Ballet, Reinita choreographs dances for brides and grooms and for other special events helping couples create a truly memorable performance.

The University Mall location has been open for 3 years, and the Morrisville Studio has been open for more than 15 years.  Reinita is excited to begin classes in their new space in Colchester and hopes to see you there soon.
